The hotel has comfy rooms with good beds and air conditioning. There is a wide range of great food for breakfast. The staff is very helpful. The location is particularly good, near to Lago Agrio, the center of town, and the police station.

We had a good experience at Hotel Araza - Lago Agrio. The location was convenient for our Amazon jungle tour and the staff were attentive. The wifi was reliable and the shower had hot water. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of everything, with restaurants, parks, a supermarket, and a fruit market all close by. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated their quick laundry services and the fact that they allowed us to store our luggage during our jungle trip. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we could ask for, including a fridge and hot showers. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The best part? The super fast Wi-Fi!
